Transparent Conductive Film (TCF) have recently aroused lots of attention in the consumer electronics market since it is a key components of most optoelectronics devices, e.g. mobile phones, TVs, computers, tablets, smart watches, display and touch panel monitors etc. The current TCF technology– Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) film is widely used. However, it has a tradeoff between transparency, conductivity and flexibility which limits the development of new flexible optoelectronics. Flectrode has developed a new TCF technology with no compromise in transparency, conductivity and flexibility – having  > 90% transparency, sheet resistance of < 0.3 ohm/sq and rolling test of over hundred thousand times. Depending on the requirements, the conductive network could be built on different polymer substrate. Flectrode's new TCF will enable new products in the future flexible electronics markets.

Production and Further Development Plan

Flectrode has accomplished all the feasibility study towards to the mass production. Currently, our expert team is transforming our TCF technology into the production phase. The initial production line will be ready in March 2018, which can achieve the production volume up to 400,000 square meters. After that, we will be dedicated to develop large-area transparent conductive film and extend our production line to increase the production volume. We expect the production volume will reach to 6 million square meters in 2019.
